Internet Product Ordering Information
To order a product On-Line using a credit or debit card please click the respective buy button below a product. If you require another product/s please click the Continue Shopping button to return to our home page. Once your order is complete click the Go to payments button. Fill in the Invoice details and Delivery address (if different) sections and click the Continue button. Select the Debit or Credit card option and click the Continue button. Finally, fill in the Card details section and click Continue to confirm your order. You will receive an automated receipt by e-mail shortly after placing your order. Please note - If a SOLD OUT message is displayed next to the product Buy button please do not order. All orders placed with this message in place will be automatically cancelled as we do not hold orders.Security - The credit / debit card entry page is safe, secure and encrypted (Click File then Properties whilst on the credit / debit entry page for verification). This means that 3rd parties can not see the information you are entering. We accept all major Credit / Debit cards with the exception of American Express.

Handling /Shipping
All handling / shipping are carried out by M99.Working Hours / Dispatch times
Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 1.00pm. Dispatch times are detailed above each product / group of products. M99 holds large stocks and dispatch 99% of all products within the quoted timespan above each product / group of products. However, on occassion, certain products may be out of stock - On these rare occassions the ordered product/s will be obtained from suppliers and delivered within 28 days.Product availability / Stock shortages
1) If all items/items selected within your order are out of stock and/or can not be obtained within 28 days you will be notified by e-mail and your order will be cancelled.2) If a "SOLD OUT" sign is in place next to the ordered product your order will be automatically cancelled.
3) If your order comprises multiple items and an items/items is/are out of stock the total order value will be amended to account for the missing items/items. If we can not deliver the remainder of your order within 28 days a note will be included with your order. If a paid delivery charge has been selected this will still be applicable.
Please note ref. multiple item products : If a multiple item product has been purchased, eg. a 4 Piece accessory pack costing £7.95 and one of the four items within is currently unavailable the price will be reduced by 25% (the percentage value of the missing item). The total charged in this example would therefore be £5.96
UK Delivery 1st class - FREE
This form of shipping is totally FREE and applies to every order over £15 placed. Orders under £15 are charged at £1.95 flat rate. Delivery is normally the next working day but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.UK Delivery - 1st Class Recorded - £3.00

This form of delivery is insured against loss or damage up to £250.00 in value. Delivery is the next working day before 5.30pm. As we dispatch most products within 1 working day (see each product description) this delivery option should ensure your product will arrive within 2 working days.Europe Delivery - International Recorded Post - £4.00
Delivery is normally within 5 days but please allow up to 28 days before contacting us.Rest of World - International Recorded Post - £6.00

Orders made with an invalid e-mail address will be cancelled.Orders made with a credit / debit card that are not registered to the invoice address will be cancelled.
Orders made with a credit / debit card that starts 4917 - This is a swipe card, we can not process this type of card.
Orders we feel to be suspicious will be cancelled.
Fraudulent orders are always reported to the Police. Should we receive a chargeback from our merchant service provider after the goods have been delivered we will assume that we have been defrauded. All details entered on the order form together with the IP address will be forwarded to the Police. The offender will also be blacklisted from ordering at several hundred other associated on-line retailers in the future.
Overseas Orders
We do not ship any goods to Indonesia, Nigeria, Iran, Iraq, Albania and several other countries deemed to be of a paritcularly high fraud risk.Specific Product Information

To claim the free gift it must be selected and added to your shopping cart, we can not manually add it after an order has been placed. The offer applies to all orders over exactly £10.00 in value except where they include : Unlocking products, Overseas SIM cards, Watches, Printer consumables, Car audio, Mobile phones and Car handsfree kits. This offer does not apply to PayPal orders.
SIM Cards
We accept no responsibility if a network / provider changes the amount of free credit or specifics of a call plan or if a SIM card is blocked / barred / disconnected from a network (for any reason). We also accept no responsibility for any other network / provider related problems including coverage issues, top-up issues, SIM card registration issues, or if a network / provider ceases to trade. SIM cards are exempt from our ‘Unwanted Goods’ return policy. Minimum top-up requirements / time periods may apply. For the latest information on any SIM card please visit the network / providers website. All information on this page was correct at the time of writing.
Carry Cases
95% of our £2.80 carry cases are tailored to suit the phone model. However, If a case is not yet manufactured for your mobile phone model we will supply a universal genuine leather carry pouch with belt clip and wrist carry strap (RRP £7.95) at no extra charge.
Unlocking clips / solutions/ cables / codes
We accept no responsibility for user inflicted damage and offer no support with customer sourced software. Unlocking codes - These are calculated to order and supplied with instructions on how to enter them into the phone. All codes calculated are 100% correct, if a code fails to unlock the phone after it being entered correctly by the customer then the phone has been reported lost / stolen and barred by one or multiple networks. In this scenario customers should contact the company / individual who sold them the phone.
Unlocking solutions
All solutions have been fully tested under Windows 95 / Windows 98. Certain programs may run under other operating systems although we can not confirm this. No refunds will be given on any unlocking product / service as each is made / calculated to order. Due to the nature of these products being produced / calculated on an individual basis they are exempt from the Distance Sellling Regulation 2000, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.
Universal Products
We list products for over 2500 different phone models within this website. In some instances products listed for certain models may be "Universal" meaning they will also fit many other types of mobile phone. This applies to the following products : Accessory packs (one or multiple items within), Car chargers, Carry cases / pouches, Handsfree kits, Car handsfree kits, Car holders, Magnetic holders, Signal boosters, Radiation Shields and Neck straps among others.
Warranty
Warranty on all products against non-functionality / defectiveness is 30 days from purchase date. Exceptions - Used / 14 day goods - 14 days from purchase date. Products under £4.00 - 7 days from purchase date.Damaged Goods
All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit by Royal Mail / Parcel Force.Should a product arrive damaged please return it to us for replacement within 14 days*.
*Does not apply to 1st class uninsured deliviery option
Undelivered / Lost Goods
If after 28 days (UK) or 30 days (Overseas) from the date your order was dispatched (this excludes Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays) your good/s are still undelivered please follow the following procedure : Firstly, contact your local Royal Mail sorting office. In 90% of cases an attempt has been made to deliver the good/s. If no one was present to sign for the delivery they will have been returned to the postal sorting office / depot where they are stored for a period of 5 - 10 days. If after this period of time the good/s have still not been collected they will be either destroyed by Royal Mail or returned to us at their discretion (returned post can take up to 5 weeks). If the good/s have been returned to us please refer to the section further down this page. If the good/s are not at your local sorting office / depot please contact us to inform that your good/s have not arrived. Please also include reference to your order number and the date that the good/s were ordered.Faulty Goods
If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product or the product develops a fault within the warranty period (See the Warranty section above for warranty periods). Please return it for either replacement or refund. Refunds are made onto the card used for purchase within 28 days from the date the goods are returned. Replacements are dispatched generally within 2 working days (Car audio products may take longer). Please enclose your order number, your address, your reason for returning the goods and your original credit / debit card receipt (included with your order) - If this is not available please include your credit / debit card details, ie. Card number, Expiry date, Valid From Date (If applicable) and Issue Number (If applicable). If after the good/s being tested by ourselves they are found to be fully functional they will be returned to you. Faulty goods must also be returned in the same aesthetical condition that they were supplied. If any returned good/s are aesthetically damaged they will be returned to you.Unwanted Goods
Under the Distance Sellling Regulation 2000 you, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. The 7 days begins from the date you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel your order the item must be un-used and in a re-saleable condition. The product must be returned to us at your expense. The cost of any loss of product / component of a product during transit is your responsibility. All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited once the item(s) has / have been received by ourselves. Refunds are made onto the card used for purchase within 28 days from the date the goods are returned. Please enclose your order number, your address, your reason for returning the goods and your original credit / debit card receipt (included with your order) - If this is not available please include your credit / debit card details (Card number, Expiry date, Valid From Date (If applicable) and Issue Number (If applicable).Please note in the case of refunds : If a product returned was from an accessory pack / multiple item purchase then the percentage of the returned product will be refunded. As an example : A 4 Piece accessory pack is purchased costing £7.95. A car charger from the accessory pack is returned. The percentage value of that item will be refunded ie. 25% of £7.95 = £1.99
Incorrectly Ordered Goods
Goods incorrectly ordered by a customer can be returned to us within 7 days and exchanged for the correct goods. Please enclose your order number, your address and a note of the goods actually required. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were supplied. If any good/s are returned damaged they will be returned to you. If the product required is of a greater value than has been already paid then the difference is payable before replacement goods can be posted (Please enclose either a cheque or your credit / debit card details). We also charge a fixed fee of £1.50 or 20% (whichever is greater) to cover the additional postage / processing cost per order. A fixed fee of £7.00 applies to all ‘Car Audio’ orders. If the product required is of a lesser value than has been already paid then a cheque will be enclosed with the replacement good/s to cover the difference less a fixed fee of £1.50 or 20% (whichever is greater) to cover the additional postage / processing cost per order.Incorrectly Supplied Goods
Firstly, please see the following section : Specific Product Information (Universal Products) and Specific Product Information (Carry Cases) further up this page. If this is does not apply then goods incorrectly supplied by us can be returned and exchanged for the correct goods. Please enclose your order number, your address and the goods actually required. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were supplied. If any good/s are returned damaged they will be returned to you. Please physically try the product before returning it.Goods returned to us by Royal Mail / Courier company
If after a period of time good/s are returned to us by Royal Mail or a courier company as either undelivered, uncollected, unknown address, refused or for any other similar reason they will be stored by us for a maximum of 6 months. For each completed week that passes a storage cost of £3.00 will apply. Once the storage cost exceeds the value paid for the goods or after 6 months have elapsed (whichever is sooner) the good/s will be disposed of. If within this 6 month period or before the storage cost has equalled the value of the goods you wish for the order to be resent all fees must first be paid. A fixed charge of £3.00 for re-postage of the good/s will also apply for good/s over £5 in value. Good/s under £5.00 in value bear a charge of £1.00 for reposting.3rd Party Order Processing / Dispatch Information
We currently process and dispatch orders in association with over 45 UK companies. If you require information / help relating to an order that we have processed and dispatched but was placed via another companies website please contact them directly for help.
