In order for us to process your return or exchange effectively, you must obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. This ensures that we are able to track your return or exchange through our system. To request a RMA, simply fill out the form below.

Returns Terms and Conditions


Special Note

If you believe an item you just received is defective, then please fill our RMA Form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and we can arrange for the item to be shipped back to us for inspection/ repair/ replacement. We have found that 90% of all defect claims are actually customer not understanding the proper use of the product. Upon inspection of the merchandise we will immediately return the product if it is deemed okay, or replace/repair it if not. Please allow 14 days from the time we accept your Return Merchandise for the processing of your return. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.

All items carry a limited warranty. All items defective or damaged through customer misuse, abuse, or neglect voids all warranty expressed or implied.
All warranty herein stated is for normal use within the stated periods.

Faulty Goods

If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty product or the product develops a fault within the warranty period (See the Warranty section for warranty periods) please return it for either replacement or refund. Refunds are made onto the card used for purchase within 28 days from the date the goods are returned. Replacements are dispatched generally within 2 working days (Car audio products may take longer). Please fill in the RMA form stating your order number, your address, your reason for returning the goods and other details (If applicable).
If after the good/s being tested by ourselves they are found to be fully functional they will be returned to you. Faulty goods must also be returned in the same aesthetical condition that they were supplied. If any returned good or goods are aesthetically damaged they will be returned to you.

Unwanted Goods

Under the Distance Selling Regulation 2000 you, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. The 7 days begins from the date you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel your order the item must be un-used and in a re-saleable condition. The product must be returned to us at your expense. The cost of any loss of product / component of a product during transit is your responsibility. All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited once the item(s) has / have been received by ourselves. Refunds are made onto the card used for purchase within 28 days from the date the goods are returned. Please fill in the RMA form stating your order number, your reason for returning the goods and other details (If applicable).

Please note in the case of refunds: If a product returned was from an accessory pack / multiple item purchase then the percentage of the returned product will be refunded. As an example: A 4 Piece accessory pack is purchased costing £7.95. A car charger from the accessory pack is returned. The percentage value of that item will be refunded i.e. 25% of £7.95 = £1.99

Incorrectly Ordered Goods

Goods incorrectly ordered by a customer can be returned to us within 7 days and exchanged for the correct goods. Please enclose your order number, your address and a note of the goods actually required. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were supplied.
If any good or goods are returned damaged they will be returned to you. If the product required is of a greater value than has been already paid then the difference is payable before replacement goods can be posted. Please fill in the RMA form stating your order number,
your address, your reason for returning the goods and other details (If applicable). We also charge a fixed fee of £1.50 or 20% (whichever is greater) to cover the additional postage / processing cost per order. A fixed fee of £7.00 applies to all ‘Car Audio’ orders.
If the product required is of a lesser value than has been already paid then a cheque will be enclosed with the replacement good/s to cover the difference less a fixed fee of £1.50 or 20% (whichever is greater) to cover the additional postage / processing cost per order.

Incorrectly Supplied Goods

Firstly, please see the following section: Specific Product Information (Universal Products) and Specific Product Information (Carry Cases) further up this page. If this is does not apply then goods incorrectly supplied by us can be returned and exchanged for the correct goods. Please fill in the RMA form stating your order number, your reason for returning the goods and other details (If applicable) and the goods actually required. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were supplied. If any good/s are returned damaged they will be returned to you. Please physically try the product before returning it.
